Job summary

Machine Medicine Technologies is seeking an Operations Assistant to support product and clinical study operations, coordinating between internal teams, external partners, and clinical sites using the Kelvin platform. The role blends customer support, training, day-to-day operations and light product operations.

You’ll manage stakeholder communications, maintain documentation, and help create training materials with tools like Figma, Canva, or Adobe.

Responsibilities

• Act as a first point of contact for investigators, site staff, and clinical study coordinators using the Kelvin platform.
• Respond to user support requests via email or video call with professionalism.
• Troubleshoot basic app issues and escalate technical problems when needed.
• Maintain logs of incoming queries and resolutions for quality tracking using Jira, Confluence, and Trello.
• Lead or co-host virtual training sessions for new sites and users (Zoom/Google Meet).
• Prepare and update training materials (slides, demos).
• Update spreadsheets, trackers, and documentation for ongoing projects.
• Review long clinical/regulatory documents with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Assist with client-facing materials using Figma, Canva, or Adobe.
• Learn Kelvin platform to support users and internal workflows.
