Job summary

Menzies Aviation in Fort Lauderdale seeks an experienced supervisor to oversee ramp and passenger services operations and ensure regulatory compliance. You will train staff, lead shifts when needed, and manage product movements safely and efficiently.

The role requires coordinating with management, performing audits, and maintaining safety policies across local, state, and federal guidelines.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree, or five years related experience; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1-3 years' experience leading a team of 2-5 employees
• 1-3 years' experience developing procedures, coaching and ensuring compliance
• Sound understanding of Ramp & Passenger Services Operations
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and security background check

Responsibilities

• Understand policies and train employees to standard.
• Apply knowledge of regulations to ensure site compliance.
• Lead shifts when covering for an operations Supervisor.
• React to emergencies to minimize impact on personnel and assets.
• Audit inspections and cyclic tasks for compliance.
