Operations Training and Development Specialist - Fresh Graduate

Join our team as an Operations Training and Development Specialist, playing a vital role in employee development by designing, developing, and implementing print, video, and interactive training materials aligned with company goals and standards.

Responsibilities:

• Design and produce engaging training content, including videos, interactive modules, print materials, and presentations.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify training needs and create effective content.
• Work with Operations, Support, Safety, Fleet Service teams, and stakeholders to ensure content aligns with brand messaging and business objectives.
• Ensure training materials are accurate, current, and compliant with policies and industry standards.
• Use various software tools to create multimedia content, including video editing, graphic design, and Google Suite.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training materials and make improvements based on feedback and performance metrics.
• Provide technical support for training systems and platforms.
• Stay updated on industry trends to create relevant content.

Qualifications:
