Job description

WebPT is looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Operations Trainer to join our Member Education team. This role will focus on delivering engaging and effective training to our internal post-sales teams, including Support, Member Success, and Implementation. You'll help us onboard new team members, deliver product enablement, and contribute to building a consistent, high-quality learning experience across the organization.

The ideal candidate has some hands-on experience with training delivery or facilitation. We're seeking an individual with a strong interest in adult learning principles, classroom management, and instructional delivery best practices — and a passion for helping others achieve success.

What You’ll Be Doing As A Part of Our Team
  • Facilitate virtual instructor-led training (VILT) sessions for post-sales teams, focusing on onboarding and ongoing product education
  • Collaborate closely with Learning Experience Designers to maintain, enhance, and update US- and Global-based Support training programs
  • Manage the scheduling of all training sessions, coordinating with internal teams to ensure optimal timing and participation
  • Participate in regular training and quality calibration sessions to ensure consistency and excellence in training delivery
  • Work collaboratively with the Global Training Manager in India to align stateside and global training efforts
  • Evaluate trainee’s progress and preparedness for the nesting and greenlighting phases of training
  • Regularly contribute to WebPT’s Knowledge-Centered Service (KCS) knowledge base by identifying content gaps and submitting/maintaining articles
  • Work with support leadership to identify training needs
  • Communicate effectively with support leadership to provide updates on team members’ progress and status
  • Review support surveys for feedback and follow up with members who have provided negative feedback, with a focus on how we can improve the quality of support
What You Should Have to Qualify
  • Proven ability to build, execute, manage, complete, and improve projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ownership and consistent delivery on commitments; exceptional organizational skills, follow-through, and attention to detail
  • Ability to drive program effectiveness and high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Natural leadership skills and a focus on people coaching
Required
  • 0–2 years of professional experience in a training, education, support, or similar role
  • 2 years of technical troubleshooting and customer service experience with high-performing metrics of 90% or higher CSAT and QA scores
  • General knowledge of adult learning principles, classroom management techniques, and training delivery strategies
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly detail-oriented, with excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Comfortable presenting to diverse audiences in a virtual environment
  • Proficient in basic virtual training tools such as Google Meet, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and/or similar platforms
  • Bachelor's degree (English/Literature, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related discipline a plus) or equivalent experience instead of a degree
Preferred
  • Knowledge of HIPAA compliance
  • Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Salesforce Reports
  • Familiarity with Knowledge-Centered Service (KCS) methodology
  • Experience working in SaaS, healthcare, or customer support environments
  • Exposure to LMS platforms, knowledge management systems, or eLearning environments
