Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in engineering, agricultural science, poultry science, food science, or related field.
• Right to work in the U.S. not based solely on a student visa or sponsorship.
• Willing to work on all shifts and weekends; must provide transportation.
• Preferred: co-op/internship in manufacturing; GPA 2.5+; bilingual Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Shadows supervisors to learn all processing areas.
• Leads projects as assigned.
• Collaborates across functions.
• Establishes measurable criteria and reports KPI progress to management.
• Identifies training needs and supports deployment of training techniques.
