Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking an Operations Support – Tracking Associate to help ensure accurate tracking of hardware, software licenses, and delivery ETAs. You will collaborate with vendors and sales teams to support scheduling and invoicing, providing visibility across the supply chain.

In this role you will maintain records in procurement systems, review POs daily, and respond quickly to urgent tracking requests from Sales, Operations, and Accounting.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in customer service, administrative support, operations support, logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks and priorities.
• Experience using computer systems, databases, or business applications to enter, track, and maintain accurate information.

Responsibilities

• Track hardware, software, and licensing orders and update ETAs.
• Communicate with vendors to obtain tracking information and adjust ETAs.
• Review, track, and update purchase orders daily with Operations Support.
• Maintain accurate records in procurement and order management systems.
• Provide timely support to Sales, Operations, and Accounting for urgent inquiries.
