Job summary

Heartland Technology Group in Wisconsin is seeking an Operations Support Tracking Associate to help track hardware, software licensing, and licensing orders, ensuring ETAs are accurate and updates are timely.

You will work with vendors, sales, and operations to keep records up to date, review POs daily, and respond to urgent tracking inquiries, enabling prompt invoicing and clearer operational visibility.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in customer service, administrative support, operations support, logistics, or a related field.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks and priorities.
• Experience using computer systems, databases, or business applications to enter, track, and maintain accurate information.

Responsibilities

• Utilize vendor portals and other resources to track hardware, software, and licensing orders and maintain ETAs.
• Proactively communicate with vendors to obtain tracking information and update ETAs.
• Review, track, and update all POs daily through collaboration with the Operations Support team.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in procurement and order management systems.
• Provide timely support to Sales, Operations, and Accounting with tracking/status inquiries.
