Job summary

Linde Advanced Material Technologies Inc. is seeking Operations Technicians and Quality personnel in Mississippi. You will operate complex process equipment, evaluate parts and hardware, and support coating/plating operations for aerospace applications.

The role includes troubleshooting and basic inspection tasks, with 5S process adherence and safety focus. Suitable candidates have a high school diploma or GED and relevant experience; strong math, reading, and accuracy are required for

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED
• 5 years of related experience in quality, manufacturing or a similar environment is preferred
• Must be able to read, comprehend and understand work instructions as well as technical specifications
• You must be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure
• Must be able to successfully pass the essential job function physical requirements
• You will have the ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform manual tasks for extended periods
• Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements while processing, masking, demasking, loading, unloading, inspecting, and packaging customer hardware and materials

Responsibilities

• If hired into a quality role, you will also prepare and evaluate sample parts and customer hardware and prepare and evaluate physical properties (e.g. Hardness - Micro and Macro)
• You will operate and maintain equipment that applies coating and/or plating for aerospace applications set up standard lab equipment
• You will assist maintenance in trouble shooting and correction of equipment malfunctions or repairs and reporting any faults to management and maintenance
• You may be required to inspect parts, use hand tools and make minor and routine adjustments to production equipment without assistance
