Williams Companies is seeking an Operations Technician to support one of our largest energy installations. You will perform hands‑on tasks, read drawings, inspect gear, and assist with pipeline operations while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

You will collaborate with a skilled team to analyze data, resolve technical challenges, and ensure compliant, efficient facility performance. This role requires adaptability to shift schedules and field conditions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required for all levels.
• Valid State Driver's License and clean driving record.
• Willingness to work shifts, overtime, and travel between locations.
• Ability to work in extreme conditions and elevated areas with PPE.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to safety and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Keep equipment running safely with hands‑on tasks, reading drawings, and inspecting gear, while supporting pipeline operations.
• Collaborate with teammates to analyze data and solve technical or operational challenges.
• Follow company policies and use procedures to ensure efficient and safe operations.
• Learn and apply requirements for safe, effective facility operations, protecting team, community, environment and assets.
• Stay familiar with site, equipment, and permits to help maintain compliance and smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate process operation records, complete reports/logs, and assist with preventive maintenance.
• Assist with other projects and responsibilities as needed.
