Key Responsibilities:



  • Inspect, triage, and test defective wireless electronics.

  • Disassemble and repair faulty components using hand tools.

  • Mentor, coach, and train repair technicians on procedures.

  • Act as a team lead, ensuring adherence to standards and procedures.

  • Monitor production and adjust the workforce to meet daily requirements.

  • Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency.



Here's what you'll bring to the team:



  • 1+ year of Electronic Repair Experience (preferred).

  • Proven leadership and teamwork skills.

  • Ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong communication skills.

  • Computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite/Warehouse Management.

Shift & Pay Information:


Shift 1 - Monday - Thursday (4:30 am - 3:00 pm) | $20 per hour


Shift 2 - Monday - Thursday (3:30 pm - 2:00 am) | $21 per hour


Shift 3 - Friday - Sunday (5:30 am - 6:00 pm) | $22 per hour
