Job summary

Williams is seeking an Operations Technician to safely maintain pipeline facilities, read drawings, analyze data, and support day-to-day operations across multiple sites. The role emphasizes safety, compliance, and proactive problem solving in a dynamic energy environment.

Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma/GED with relevant experience and may hold an Associate degree. Willingness to travel and work overtime is expected in this role.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma/GED with 3+ years as an operations technician or similar role; Associates degree preferred.
• Experience in oil and gas operations, safety-focused, and able to read/interpret drawings.

Responsibilities

• Safely maintain equipment and support pipeline operations; read/interpreting drawings and ensuring compliance.
• Analyze data and collaborate to solve technical or operational problems.
• Follow company policies and maintenance procedures; maintain records of operations and maintenance.
• Maintain knowledge of site locations, equipment, and permits; complete reports and logs.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
