Job summary

Orchid Orthopedic Solutions is seeking a Deburr Tech in California. You will use a microscope and precision hand tools to remove burrs from orthopedic parts, ensuring dimensional accuracy with calipers and gauges.

The role requires careful attention to quality and safety, with responsibilities to maintain a clean, organized work area and report issues promptly. We offer a structured shift 2 position with a 10% premium and a pathway to growth in a growing organization that values integrity,

Qualifications

  • High School or equivalent preferred.
  • Manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Microscope and small part experience preferred.
  • No previous work experience required.

Responsibilities

  • Use a microscope and small knives/hand tools to remove burrs from small parts.
  • Use calipers, gauges, and comparators to check dimensional accuracy.
  • Follow all safety and work procedures.
  • Keep work area clean and organized and report issues to supervisor.
  • Maintain consistent, high-quality workmanship and contribute to process improvements.
