Job summary

Orchid Orthopedic Solutions is seeking a Deburr Tech to precision-clean orthopedic components used in life-changing medical devices at our Santa Ana, CA facility. You will work with a microscope, small knives, and hand tools to remove burrs, check dimensional accuracy with calipers and gauges, and follow safety procedures.

You'll be part of a team that values craftsmanship and quality, with a structured shift on second shift and a compensation package including a base hourly rate plus a 10%

Qualifications

• High School Or Equivalent preferred.
• Manufacturing Experience preferred.
• Microscope and/or Small Part Experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Use a microscope and small knives/hand tools to remove burrs from small parts like screws.
• Use measuring tools (calipers, gauges, comparators) to check dimensional accuracy.
• Follow all safety and work procedures carefully.
• Keep your work area clean and organized.
• Report equipment or material issues to your supervisor or lead.

SHIFT

SNA - Shift 2 (10%) (United States of America - California)

Pay Rate

$16.88 - $20.00 per hour depending on previous experience + 10% premium added to base hourly rate for all hours worked on 2nd shift.

What You’ll Do

• Use a microscope and small knives/hand tools to remove burrs (rough edges, curls, or ridges caused by machining) from small parts like screws.
• Use measuring tools (calipers, gauges, comparators) to check for dimensional accuracy.
• Follow all safety and work procedures carefully.
• Keep your work area clean and organized.
• Report equipment or material issues to your supervisor or lead.
