Job summary

Orchid Orthopedic Solutions is seeking a Deburr Technician in Santa Ana, CA. You will deburr orthopedic parts using a microscope and hand tools, ensuring precise dimensions and high-quality finishes for medical devices.

You will work second shift on site, with a 10% premium in addition to base hourly rate. Prior microscopy and precision measuring experience is preferred, with comprehensive safety protocols and teamwork emphasized.

Qualifications

• Shift work on second shift in California is required.

Responsibilities

SHIFT

SNA - Shift 2 (10%) (United States of America - California)

PAY RATE:

$16.88 - $20.00 per hour depending on previous experience + 10% premium added to base hourly rate for all hours worked on 2nd shift.

What You’ll Do

• Use a microscope and small knives/hand tools to remove burrs (rough edges, curls, or ridges caused by machining) from small parts like screws.

• Use measuring tools (calipers, gauges, comparators) to check for dimensional accuracy.

• Follow all safety and work procedures carefully.

• Keep your work area clean and organized.

• Report equipment or material issues to your supervisor or lead.
