Job summary

Hyve Solutions, a TD SYNNEX subsidiary, seeks an Operations Technical Trainee Manager to lead a team of manufacturing operators in a fast-paced environment. You will drive continuous improvement, ensure safety and quality, and work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues quickly.

The role emphasizes training, process optimization, and hands-on problem solving, with exposure to lean tools and Kaizen events. Strong communication and English fluency are required for effective teamwork.

Qualifications

• B.S./4-year college degree in engineering preferred or associate’s with relevant experience.
• Working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily work functions to achieve daily goals.
• Coordinate training and coach operators to meet performance standards.
• Ensure safety and ISO 9001 & 140001 compliance.
• Produce server/rack products according to specifications.
• Supervise staff and resolve issues to meet KPIs.
• Improve MPIs, tools, and processes with Manufacturing Engineering.
• Maintain clean, organized manufacturing floor and support shifts.
