Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or Product Owner in Operations, Exception Management, or Financial Services.
• Delivered AWS-based projects and cloud transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML and Generative AI use cases within business operations.
• Knowledge of AWS services (App, Data & Monitoring) and ability to explain and defend architectural decisions, solution designs, integration patterns, and cloud deployments.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Operations, Product, and Technology teams to identify, analyze, and prioritize exception management and operational efficiency opportunities.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of technology initiatives, including requirements gathering, solution design, execution, and rollout.
• Drive AWS-based modernization projects leveraging cloud-native services and architectures.
• Evaluate and incorporate AI/GenAI capabilities to automate operational processes, improve investigations, and enhance decision-making.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications for engineering teams.
• Manage project roadmaps, stakeholder communication, risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones.
• Define KPIs and measure business impact of implemented solutions.
