Cincinnati Children’s Office of Academic Affairs and Career Development in Crestview Hills, KY is seeking a part-time Facilities Operations Support role. Responsibilities

• Facilities/Operations- Support and assist the daily operations of the department(s)/facilities in collaboration with leadership. Monitor business processes. Follow policies and procedures for improved utilization, quality and operations; identify opportunities for improving cost and quality.
• Accreditation/ Regulatory/Compliance- Comply with SOPs; identify opportunities to improve compliance with obligations, milestones, reporting, and invoicing.
• Supply Ordering and Materials- Receive, store and distribute products, materials, equipment and supplies; manage inventory and par levels; order stock and non-stock items; verify goods against orders and invoices.
• Collaboration/Teamwork- Work with others to achieve goals and maintain a positive work environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Facilities/Operations- Support and assist the daily operations of the department(s)/facilities in collaboration with leadership. Monitor business processes. Follow policies and procedures for improved utilization, quality and operations; identify opportunities for improving cost and quality. Ensure operations are efficient and cost effective. Support efficient work and patient flow, supply and instrument management, and a safe culture and environment. Comply with all regulatory requirements. Assist with facilities related projects, monitor timelines for completion and communicate with staff and vendors. May manage routine purchase or repair maintenance of facility equipment. Assist with area commissioning and decommissioning process.


• Accreditation/ Regulatory/Compliance- Comply with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as required when regulation and system changes dictate. Identify opportunities on an ongoing basis to improve compliance with agreement obligations, including milestones, reporting, and invoicing.


• Supply Ordering and Materials- Perform tasks related to receiving, storing and distributing of products, materials, equipment and supplies. Maintain a working knowledge of supplies. Make recommendations for additions, deletions or changes in par levels based on knowledge of supplies needed and usage. Order stock and non-stock items associated with assigned areas. Check goods received against purchase orders, invoices and records. Deliver materials to appropriate area and store. Monitor the day-to-day material/supply inventory in assigned areas. Manage storage/deployment. Organize inventory and maintain accuracy, which may include purchases, rentals, loss prevention and removal of equipment. Schedule pick-up and delivery of equipment as needed.
