Ontario Sports Empire is seeking an Operations Team Member to enhance the guest experience and run daily park operations in Ontario, California. This part-time role supports game setup, scoring, and facility upkeep while upholding safety and exceptional service.

You will greet guests, help with programs, coordinate events, and assist leadership as needed. A proactive, team-oriented mindset and comfort with fast-paced environments are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have strong attention to detail and safety compliance.
• Experience operating an electric scoreboard preferred.
• Experience in coaching or mentoring athletes or children is a plus.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure equipment and play areas are ready for games and set up correctly.
• Keep games on schedule and score accurately.
• Monitor game areas, turf, and courts for safety and cleanliness.
• Greet guests, provide directions, and answer questions.
• Assist in coordinating programs and events and support other departments.
• Take on shift-lead responsibilities based on merit and experience.
• Maintain and operate the scoreboard and track game records.
