Gateway Services in Northborough, MA is seeking an Operational Team Member to support our pet aftercare operations in a compassionate, detail‑oriented role. You will operate cremation equipment, package remains, and help create memorial keepsakes while working with a supportive team.

This on‑site, full‑time position requires standing, walking, and lifting, with a schedule of Mon‑Fri 1pm–10pm. No prior industry experience is required as we provide training and pursue a meaningful career helping

Responsibilities

• Operate cremation equipment following established procedures.
• Process and package cremated remains with accuracy and care.
• Create memorial products such as paw prints and keepsakes.
• Perform quality checks to ensure every order is completed correctly.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment.
• Work with teammates to meet daily production goals.

Compensation:$21-$25 per hour (DOE)---plus shift differential
