Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years manufacturing experience.
• Able to work in a manufacturing environment with physical tasks and PPE.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate activities of Operation Technicians in production.
• Plan schedules and production sequences to meet goals.
• Coordinate with supervisors to align operations across departments.
• Coordinate training for team members.
• Provide coaching and feedback to team members.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and GMP/food safety.
• Maintain KPI measurement, tracking, and reporting.
• Complete production-related transactions and paperwork.
