Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive supply chain experience including production/operation management
• Experience in a manufacturing environment with project or process engineering experience
• Understanding of quality function within manufacturing
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to coach and provide feedback in a high-performance environment
• Ability to prioritize multiple initiatives in ambiguous situations

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement for plant processes, asset utilization, and operational efficiency
• Drive improvement in team performance through effective communications across the Operations team
• Foster partnerships with Engineering, EHS, Quality Systems, Finance and HR
• Manage employee relations and performance issues with HR
• Drive FP&R related continuous improvement initiatives improving business performance
• Develop salaried and non-exempt employees through leadership and training
• Support EHS initiatives and quality initiatives for new product start-ups and SOP reviews
• Ensure FP&R standards are implemented focusing on People, Visual Workplace, and maintenance
