• Support development for the designated team to encourage growth.
• Provide timely performance feedback to associates and share observations.
• Train associates on product knowledge, selling, customer service, and store policies.
• Act as Leader On Duty (LOD) to promote sales and daily priorities.
• Communicate with the Assistant Store Leader on results and customer feedback.
• Ensure customers receive quick, gracious service and the store runs smoothly.
