Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated, hands-on Operations Team Lead to support an innovative drone delivery operation in Ocoee, FL. This position plays a key leadership role in overseeing daily fulfillment activities, managing onsite team members, and ensuring safe, accurate, and efficient drone delivery operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel between nearby worksites as needed.


• Ability to successfully complete a background check and required training.


• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.


• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and push a 160-pound cart up a ramp.


• Flexibility to work assigned shifts within operational hours of 6:00 AM-10:00 PM, including weekends.


• Previous drone industry experience is a plus but not necessary.

Work Schedule

This Is a Full-time Position With a Maximum Of 40 Hours Per Week. Candidates Must Be Available To Work One Of The Following Rotating Coverage Schedules

Schedule A: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and the first half of Wednesday.

Schedule B: Second half of Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.
