Job summary

Sysco seeks an Operations Systems Analyst to implement, upgrade, maintain and train staff on all Operations department systems across the region. You will analyze data, validate outputs and support management with actionable insights.

Responsibilities include collaborating on system enhancements, training users, managing service contracts and providing executive summaries. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years of operations experience with information systems or equivalent.
• Must obtain a Powered Industrial Equipment Certification within 3 months.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Experience with warehouse and operations software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize and improve Operations information systems (SWMS, SOS, SLS, STS, SAP).
• Maintain hardware, software and RF equipment for operations systems.
• Serve as liaison for system upgrades and collaborate on enhancements.
• Train users on hardware and software systems.
• Develop and provide management reports and executive summaries.
• Analyze data to identify opportunities and drive productivity.
