Job summary

Sysco Northeast RDC is seeking an Operations Systems Specialist to implement, upgrade, maintain and train on all regional Operations department systems. You will validate data, perform statistical analyses and support slotting staff.

You will act as a liaison for system upgrades and collaborate with Transportation and Warehouse teams to maximize productivity. The role requires strong analytical skills, experience with Sysco WMS/SOS/SLS and SAP, plus the ability to train users and generate

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• One to three years of operations experience with information systems; or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• Obtain a Powered Industrial Equipment Certification from Sysco within 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and upgrades Operations information systems and data validation.
• Maintains hardware, software and RF equipment for Operations systems.
• Trains users in Operations hardware and software systems.
• Develops reports for management and conducts trend analyses.
