Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in IT, CS or related field.
• ITIL Foundation or higher, AWS SysOps Administrator Associate, SAFe SDP.
• 8+ years leading IT operations and sustainment for enterprise mission systems, preferably DoD.
• Experience managing Tier 3 support, incident resolution, SLA/SLO tracking, and RCA using Jira and AESMP; AWS environments and Appian knowledge.
• Ability to monitor system health, maintain SOPs, and coordinate production communications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production environment operations and sustainment activities.
• Manage Tier 3 incident and defect resolution in line with SLAs.
• Monitor system health, maintain SOPs, and conduct root cause analysis.
• Coordinate system communications, outages, releases, and security patching.
• Provide defect prioritization and support COOP/DR planning.
