Job summary

The Cheesecake Factory Incorporated is seeking an Operations Support Technician (OST) to join our Richmond area operations. You will perform restaurant-level accounting and HR tasks with a focus on accuracy, confidentiality, and independent work.

This role supports staff and corporate departments across multiple locations. Key duties include reconciliations, payroll-related data entry, benefits administration, and timely processing of new hires.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily reconciliation of sales transactions for accuracy and standards compliance.
• Manage cash handling and bank transactions with precision.
• Reconcile invoices promptly to maintain vendor relationships and financial integrity.
• Efficiently enter and maintain data in relevant systems for operations and reporting.
• Process new hire information accurately and timely, ensuring policy compliance.
• Administer benefits to support employee understanding and utilization.
• Provide exceptional customer service to staff and corporate departments.
• Support restaurant computer equipment and troubleshoot issues as needed.
• Maintain records in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
