Job description
Russell Tobin & Associates is seeking an Assessment Operations Specialist to work with one of our industry-leading online e-commerce clients. The candidate will support both Assessment Build & Launch and Assessment Support functions, ensuring operational efficiency across the ITA Assessment Operations team. This position is onsite in Arlington, VA.
$34.00/hr - $37.00/hr

The Assessment Operations Team supports end-to-end implementation and subsequent support of Amazon's suite of online assessments. The Assessment Operations Specialist will own tactical assessment work as needed to support broader team projects and may lead small-scale initiatives to implementation. This specialist will support in data retrieval/documentation processes as needed from the team, relying on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. The specialist works under general supervision; reporting to a team manager. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
- 2+ years of experience with tech systems; able to learn basic systems. Experience with online assessments, escalation and support management is preferred. Ticket management systems.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
