Job summary

Controls, Service & Engineering Co., Inc. (CSE) is seeking an Operations Assistant to join our established office team in New Cumberland, PA. This role supports multiple areas of our operation, ensuring details are accurate and deadlines met.

The position offers onsite work with a competitive hourly wage and comprehensive benefits. You will enter work orders, assist Accounts Payable, handle shipments, and coordinate travel for technicians while maintaining office supplies and tool room duties.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years administrative or office experience.
• Must be dependable, organized, and accurate.
• Able to lift up to 35 pounds and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Enter customer work orders into our software system.
• Support Accounts Payable with data entry, invoices, and cash receipts.
• Receive shipments and verify inventory; assist tool room with repairs/calibrations.
• Manage vehicle registrations and our E-Z Pass program; maintain supplies.
• Coordinate travel for technicians and support uniform rental/purchasing programs.
• Assist with other administrative and operational needs as they arise.
