NetFabric IT Solutions is seeking an Operations Support Specialist to provide business operations support to leaders across the United States.

This entry-level role acts as the main contact for customer support and service adjustments in our proprietary operations system, with travel up to two weeks per month to assist partner locations. Based in the Oklahoma City area, NetFabric is a rapidly growing enterprise MSP offering hands-on learning and growth with seasoned IT veterans.

Details

This is a customer service position that provides business operations support to business leaders across the US. This position is the main point of contact for customer support and service adjustments made in a proprietary business operations system. In addition, this position supports day-to-day operations of partner businesses within their assigned region. This role may include travel throughout the contiguous United States, averaging two weeks per month, to support partner locations. The Business Operations Specialist will train local business leaders and staff on proprietary operations software. NetFabric is a rapidly growing enterprise Managed Services Provider based in the Oklahoma City area. We are seeking highly skilled and motivated team members to join our team. This is an entry-level position with an opportunity to learn hands-on working alongside seasoned IT veterans and acquire valuable skills and experience.

Operations Support Specialist Duties And Responsibilities
