Position Summary

We are currently seeking a highly organized and efficient Operations Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks that keep our operations running smoothly. The ideal candidate will use sound judgment in a dynamic business environment, and have strong bilingual communication skills in English and Mandarin Chinese. Proficiency in Cantonese is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and handle paperwork and documents related to inventory, shipments, and orders.
• Assist in the management of inventory, including stock checks and maintaining accurate records.
• Provide support to the sales team in processing customer orders and inquiries.
• Handle incoming calls and other communications, directing them appropriately.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Assist in coordinating logistics and delivery schedules.
• Perform data entry and update company databases as needed.
• Collaborate with other team members to improve efficiency and customer service.

Work Schedule

The ideal candidate will be able to work 7:30 am to 4:0\0 pm M-F onsite in Hayward, CA, plus weekends as needed.

Compensation

Compensation for this role is between $25 and $27 per hour plus health insurance, paid time off, professional development and training opportunities, and employee discounts.
