Job summary

OneMain Financial in Fort Mill, SC is seeking an experienced operations support associate to manage mail, process account updates, and handle remediation projects. You will ensure timely completion of tasks, comply with regulatory standards, and collaborate with front-line operations.

The role requires high school diploma and prior customer service experience, with the ability to work across multiple systems and meet deadlines in a hybrid, Tuesday-Thursday schedule.

Qualifications

• High School/GED Diploma is required.
• Operational Support/Customer Service experience is required.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently under aggressive deadlines, while supporting the achievement of both individual and team level goals.
• Ability to effectively work within multiple systems simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming/outgoing physical mail and electronic mail.
• Process various accounts status updates requested by front line operations.
• Ensuring assigned tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
• Completing Ad-Hoc reviews as assigned by management.
• Ensuring compliance, operational risk controls in accordance with regulatory standards, and policies.
• Review and decision accounts adhering to published procedures.
• Communicate with various departments on various account related topics.
• Researching a variety of account related issues.
• Work with management on various remediation projects.
