Qualifications

  • Ability to travel extensively (up to 80%).

  • Assist Regional Vice-President with special projects.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve resident concerns.
  • Enhance relationships with partners and maximize financial performance.
  • Adhere to guidelines of applicable government programs.
  • Perform quarterly file audits.
  • Assist Property Managers with marketing and retention.
  • Monitor and prepare financial data.

Responsibilities Include
  • Building a team of highly-capable and motivated Property Managers and creating a positive environment in which to work and provide great service.
  • Assist Regional Vice-President (RVP) with special projects.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction through the property team and resolving resident concerns, when necessary.
  • Owner Liaison – Enhancing relationships with partners, agencies and other entities and maximizing financial performance.
  • Adhering to all guidelines within all applicable government programs.
  • Performing quarterly file audits and ensuring discrepancies are corrected.
  • Assist Property Managers with marketing and retention ideas, ensuring accuracy and effectiveness of marketing materials.
  • Monitor, coordinate and prepare all financial data.
Qualifications
  • 4-year degree or (4+ years) commensurate experience in the Multi-Family industry in a supervisory role
  • Affordable housing experience.
  • Tax Credit and HUD/Project-Based Section 8 experience
  • Experience using RealPage products and MS Office.
  • Ability to travelextensively(up to 80%) to local and out of state property locations as necessary.
Compensation

Compensation* $60,000 - $65,000
*The base range may be adjusted based on specific location of the applicant. Final agreed upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.
