Celebree School™ is hiring an Operations Support Manager to work with the School Director and Assistant Director to champion our mission, values, and operational excellence. You will focus on talent, brand integrity, and efficient daily operations while building a welcoming school family for children and staff.

You will lead initiatives, supervise programs, ensure compliance, and support new company initiatives to help people grow—both staff and students—within a fun, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required.
• Assistant Director Qualified strongly preferred.
• Preschool Lead Teacher, Infant Toddler, and School Age certification strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build a school community that attracts new families and team members, fostering positive relationships.
• Provide classroom coverage as needed, serving as a substitute teacher when regular staff are absent or in training.
• Oversee the School-Age Program, including supervising children, supporting daily activities, maintaining safety and ratios, and driving the school bus/van for pick-up/drop-off/field trips.

Responsibilities

As an Operations Support Manager, you will be given the tools, resources, and training to assist the School Director with the following responsibilities:

• Build a school community that attracts new families and team members fostering positive relationships


• Provide classroom coverage as needed, serving as a substitute teacher when regular teaching staff are absent, on break, attending training, or when additional classroom support is required.


• Oversee the School-Age Program, including supervising children, supporting daily activities, maintaining safety and ratios, and driving the school bus/van for school pick-up, drop-off, and field trips as needed.


• Ensure compliance with all federal and state laws, regulations, and Celebree standards, policies, and procedures.


• Support the Director and Assistant Director in maintaining a safe, compliant, and well-organized school environment, including assisting with safety procedures, supervision, emergency preparedness, and daily operational needs.


• Management of childcare operations, from scheduling to documentation, ensuring smooth operations and record-keeping


• Ensure exceptional customer service experiences, e.g., thorough, friendly tours (visits); welcoming environment; accessible for parent meetings, phone calls, etc.;


• Support and lead new company initiatives

Qualifications

• Minimum of an Associate's Degree


• Assistant Director Qualified strongly preferred


• Preschool Lead Teacher, Infant Toddler, and School Age certification strongly preferred.
