Qualifications

• Director qualification is strongly preferred.
• Experience as a Lead Teacher in childcare is a must.
• Business and accounting knowledge is desirable.

Hours: Monday through Friday: 9 am to 6pm

Responsibilities

• Support team growth and development through comprehensive training and guidance.
• Build a school community that attracts new families and team members fostering positive relationships.
• Ensure compliance with all federal and state laws, regulations, and Celebree standards, policies, and procedures.
• Manage childcare operations, from scheduling to financial management and documentation, ensuring smooth operations and record-keeping.
• Ensure exceptional customer service experiences, e.g., thorough, friendly tours; welcoming environment; accessible for parent meetings, phone calls, etc.;
• Support and lead new company initiatives.
• Help in the classroom for lunch breaks, assisting teacher and covering classroom when teacher is out.

Qualifications

• Director Qualified strongly preferred.
• Preschool Lead Teacher, Infant Toddler, and School Age certification strongly preferred.
• Business and/or accounting experience as well as experience managing in childcare desired.
• Experienced Lead teacher qualified is a must.
