Reyes Holdings seeks an Operations Support Intern to help drive warehouse and transportation execution through SOPs, KPI benchmarking, and process standardization. You will partner with operations specialists, support ERP/WMS integrations (J.D.

Edwards, Paragon, Manhattan WM, Infios) and BI tools while contributing to training curriculum and day-one readiness. The internship offers exposure to diverse projects, contingency planning, and ongoing development of scalable processes within a large

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; pursuing Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 0–2 years related experience.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not available.
Experience with warehouse/operations systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop and deploy SOPs and systems with operations teams.
Assist training and integration of J.D. Edwards, Paragon, Manhattan WM, Infios and BI tools.
Supports management projects and process mapping from current to future state with gaps and benefits.
Provide user training and support for IT systems implementations.
Help develop training curriculum and ensure day-one readiness of operations.
Notify project manager if training or processes will not meet timelines.
Manage own work to deliver according to project schedules.
Other projects or duties as assigned.
