Job summary

Reyes Holdings, L.L.C. is seeking an Operations Support Intern to assist warehouse and transportation operations execution, benchmarking KPIs, and standardizing processes to support roadmaps and new initiatives.

You will partner with operations specialists, support the integration and training of J.D. Edwards, Paragon, Manhattan WMS/Infios, and BI, and help develop training curricula while ensuring day-one operations meet customer expectations.

Qualifications

High School Diploma / GED and currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
0–2 years of related work experience.
Legally authorized to work in the United States; no sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Partner with operations specialists to develop and deploy SOPs and systems.
Coordinate integration and training of J.D. Edwards, Paragon, Manhattan WMS/Infios and BI.
Support management projects and map current to future state with gaps/benefits.
Provide user training and support through IT systems implementation.
Support development of training curriculum.
Ensure day one operations meet or exceed customer expectations.
Notify project manager if training or flows miss timelines.
Manage own work to deliver according to project schedules.
Other projects or duties as assigned.
