S2Technologies is seeking an Operations Support Engineer (SE) Mid to support SOCOM and Joint Staff missions from Fort Bragg, NC. You will provide expert-level technical and operational support across multiple mission domains, including COP, TDL, and OAI systems, and help synchronize planning, training, and system updates.

The role requires 4+ years of technical and operational experience in IC or military environments, strong communication, and an active TS/SCI clearance with SCI eligibility.

Formación

• 4+ years of progressive technical support experience in operational or IC environments.
• 4+ years of operational experience supporting mission planning, flight planning, or navigation for SOF or other military operations.
• Knowledge of C2 systems, COP platforms, and operational task organization structures.
• Experience reporting capability gaps and coordinating with multiple commands.
• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical and operational support for SOCOM and Joint operational planning and targeting cycles.
• Implement, train, and support SOCOM and Joint Staff Programs of Record, including COP and OAI management.
• Prepare unit mission plans and flight plans for special operations missions.
• Identify capability gaps in software and report findings to SOCOM HQ.
• Collaborate with GCCs, Joint Task Forces, and Service Components on mission planning tools.
• Develop and deliver user training, system updates, and technical documentation.
• Maintain situational awareness and SME support for deployed and CONUS units.
