Advantech Solutions, LLC is seeking an experienced Network Engineer II to support USSOCOM mission networks from Fort Bragg, NC. The role covers Tier II engineering, troubleshooting, and sustainment across enterprise, tactical, and global transport networks in a 24/7/365 environment.

The ideal candidate will configure Cisco-based infrastructure, monitor health, perform fault isolation, and coordinate with NOCs, government stakeholders, and OEM partners.

Qualifications

• Active U.S. Government Secret clearance required.
• Hands-on Cisco routing and switching experience.
• Experience in DoD or government network environments.
• Ability to operate in a 24/7/365 schedule.
• Willingness to travel worldwide as needed.

Responsabilités

• Provide Tier II network engineering and operational support.
• Monitor health, capacity, performance; respond to incidents.
• Configure and troubleshoot Cisco-based infrastructure.
• Support routing and switching technologies: BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, VPNs.
• Coordinate incident response with NOCs and stakeholders.
• Produce documentation, reports, and root-cause analyses.
