Job summary

Diamonds Direct, a Signet Jewelers brand, is seeking an Operations Support to help ensure smooth daily operations across inventory, orders, logistics, and administration. This role supports both front-of-house and back-of-house teams to maintain exceptional efficiency and service.

Responsibilities include inventory tracking, restocking, order fulfillment, shipping coordination, and accurate record-keeping to support store displays and client appointments.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory tracking, restocking, and product movement.
• Proficiency with order processing, packaging, and fulfillment.
• Coordination with shipping and logistics teams.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and support store displays.

• Provide Administrative and operational support to internal teams.

Operations Support role assists with the smooth running of daily business functions, including inventory management, order processing, logistics coordination, and administrative tasks. This position supports both front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure exceptional operational efficiency and customer service.

Essential Duties:
• Support inventory tracking, restocking, and product movement
• Assist with order processing, packaging, and fulfillment
• Coordinate with shipping and logistics teams
• Maintain accurate records and update internal systems
• Help prepare merchandise for store displays or client appointments
• Ensure adherence to brand standards and procedures
• Provide Administrative and operational support to internal teams
Support project coordination efforts and contribute to process improvement initiatives
