Job summary

Tax-Air in Roseville, MN is seeking an Operations Support Coordinator for a part-time role. The position supports the operations team with data entry and coordination from 4 PM to 9 PM, Monday through Friday, in a busy logistics environment.

You will handle accurate data entry, verify documents, assist with imports/exports and OS&D tracking, and maintain timely communication with the team.

Responsibilities

• Proactively communicate with and provide support to operations team
• Perform proficient and accurate alpha and numeric data entry into web-based systems
• Assist with retail import, export and surface shipments as required
• Verify system information to bill of ladings to ensure accuracy
• Review documents for pertinent information and accuracy before documents are scanned
• Track overages, shortages, and damaged freight (OS&D)

Hours: Mon-Fri, 4PM-9PM
