What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform daily functions in a remote work environment, including phone support for branches and internal departments
- Process monetary transactions to support assigned functions and correct errors
- Ensure optimal efficiency and excellent customer service for internal and external customers
- Reconcile daily reports and address unresolved differences in accordance with bank standards
- Assist branch and business line employees with balancing and procedural inquiries
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent required
- 2-4 years of job experience in Deposit Operations and/or related bank experience in Retail Operations
- Ability to adhere to federal and state laws, regulations, and bank policies
- Strong communication skills to advise management and provide input during meetings
- Experience in training other employees as assigned

- Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to anti-money laundering
- Proven track record of contributing to team success and meeting established Service Level Agreements
- Experience with process improvement initiatives within a banking environment
