Job summary

Citi in Chennai, India is seeking an entry-level Ops Sup Analyst 1 to support operations, documentation, and account setup. You will liaise with relationship managers, project managers, and clients to ensure timely delivery while adhering to Citi's control framework.

The role requires basic experience or education in client reporting, SQL, and MS Office, with strong organizational skills and clear communication. On-site work at Citi's Chennai location is expected.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document current and future state of Client Reports and Advises.
• Provide regular status updates and prepare steering committee presentations.
• Coordinate with Legal & Compliance to obtain sign-off on regulatory requirements.
• Serve as liaison between business stakeholders and technology; advise on priorities, risks, costs, timelines.
• Create and manage project plans; lead follow-ups across departments.
• Work on multiple projects delivering regulatory client deliverables.
