Responsibilities

  • Manage operational documents, records, and organizational resources.
  • Coordinate annual open enrollment timelines and deliverables with members and vendor partners.
  • Coordinate conferences, meetings, events, and special projects.
  • Assist with the quote, proposal, and prospect management process for prospective groups.
  • Maintain and update organizational websites, portals, and communication platforms.
  • Support CRM administration, data management, and reporting activities.
  • Assist with vendor coordination and operational processes.
  • Ensure organizational systems, files, and information remain accurate, organized, and current.
  • Collect, review, and organize census, claims, underwriting, and related business data.
  • Maintain relationships with associations, strategic partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Assist with marketing materials and prospect communications.
  • Provide administrative and project support across departments as needed.
  • Support member education, communication, and outreach initiatives.
  • Maintain enrollment materials, member records, and benefit documentation.
  • Assist members and participating groups with routine questions and service requests.
  • Support the successful implementation of organizational initiatives and process improvements.

Overview

The Operations Support role is responsible for coordinating key operational activities across multiple departments. This position serves as a central point of coordination for member renewals, open enrollment activities, conferences and events, business development support, association relationships, system management, and ongoing operational administration. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent customer service, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while delivering a positive experience for members, partners, and internal stakeholders.

About You


  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Previous experience in administrative support, operations, customer service, employee benefits, healthcare, insurance, or a related field is beneficial but not required.

  • Strong organizational, project coordination, and time management skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and business systems.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

  • Occasional travel may be required up to 10 - 15% annually.

  • Ability to work hybrid model out of Phoenix, Arizona (2x On Site, 3x WFH).
