Job summary

Performance Team in Stockton, CA is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee warehousing, shipping, and receiving, ensuring on-time production, quality control, and cost management. You will lead up to 50+ staff across multiple departments, enforce safety and policy compliance, and coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to optimize production schedules.

The role requires at least 5 years of warehouse operations management and a GED or higher.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years in warehouse operations management preferred.
• Cold storage experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations and development of company products and related duties.
• Establish production and quality standards, manage budgets and costs.
• Coordinate manufacturing activities with internal functions and suppliers to optimize resources.
• Ensure costs, quality, and delivery commitments are met.
• Train and supervise staff to comply with policies and regulations.
