Job summary

Peak Utility Infrastructure is seeking a Supervisor I - Operations to oversee underground utility construction projects and lead field crews. You will plan, direct, and organize day-to-day operations, with responsibility for safety, quality, and profitability.

The role requires extensive knowledge of underground utility construction operations, 5+ years in construction, and 1+ year of management experience. Travel 10-25% and a pay rate of $100,000–$120,000 per year DOE.

Qualifications

• Five (5+) plus years of construction experience is required.
• Three (3+) plus years of dry utility (gas) industry experience is preferred.
• One (1+) plus years of management experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute the day-to-day operations of the departments under supervision.
• Optimize and actively manage the work hours of employees and assets.
• Provide feedback to Superintendent of Engineering on critical issues.
• Ensure the safety, quality, training and standards of the company and each client are met.
• Perform weekly audits on each crew and manage documentation.
