Job summary

Peak Utility Infrastructure is seeking a Supervisor to oversee underground utility construction operations, coordinating field crews and projects across gas, electric, and telecom infrastructure. The role requires directing day-to-day activities, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity, while maintaining compliance and reporting.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in construction and 1+ year in a supervisory role, with a valid driver's license and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Five (5+) years of construction experience required.
• Three (3+) years of dry utility (gas) industry experience preferred.
• One (1+) year of management experience preferred.
• Possession of, or ability to obtain, a valid State driver's license within two weeks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operations of departments under supervision.
• Optimize and manage work hours of employees and assets.
• Provide feedback to Superintendent of Engineering on critical issues.
• Ensure safety, quality, and standards for the company and clients.
• Perform weekly audits of each crew; multiple audits weekly.
• Understand and improve department profitability via financial insight.
