Job summary

Fish Window Cleaning of Charleston is seeking a capable manager to oversee daily production, schedule and distribute work orders, and ensure weekly completion. The role includes inventory control, coordinating with commercial clients, and leading recruitment and training of window cleaners.

The position emphasizes safety training, proactive sales development with cold calls, and achieving regular sales goals while maintaining quality window cleaning services.

Responsibilities

• Assist daily production including scheduling and distribution of work orders.
• Inventory window cleaning equipment and ensure functionality of equipment.
• Manage commercial account work and coordinate with customer contacts.
• Assist recruitment, hiring and training of window cleaners.
• Conduct weekly safety training for window cleaners and document all safety incidents.
• Develop a commercial customer base through direct cold-call sales and follow-up calls.
• Meet weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annual sales goals.
• Clean windows as needed.
