Job summary

Fish Window Cleaning in Hanahan, SC is seeking a hands-on Operations Supervisor to guide daily production, supervise window cleaning crews, and drive growth of commercial accounts. You will recruit, hire, and train staff, oversee safety programs, and maintain equipment.

You will also pursue new business through direct outreach and follow-up calls, while meeting regular sales targets. The role emphasizes organization, leadership, and customer coordination with a focus on maintaining high quality

Qualifications

• Previous management experience preferred for supervising crews.
• Strong interpersonal and motivational skills for leading staff.
• Ability to prioritize and assign responsibilities effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist daily production including scheduling and distribution of work orders and ensure all work orders are complete each week
• Inventory window cleaning equipment and ensure functionality of equipment
• Manage commercial account work and coordinate with customer contacts
• Assist recruitment, hiring and training of window cleaners
• Conduct weekly safety training for window cleaners and document all safety incidents
• Strategically and systematically develop a commercial customer base through direct cold-call sales effort and follow up phone calls
• Weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annual sales goals to meet
• Clean windows as needed
