Job summary

Fish Window Cleaning in Hanahan, SC is seeking a hands-on Operations Supervisor to guide daily production, supervise window cleaning crews, and drive growth of commercial accounts. You will recruit, hire, and train staff, oversee safety programs, and maintain equipment.

You will also pursue new business through direct outreach and follow-up calls, while meeting regular sales targets. The role emphasizes organization, leadership, and customer coordination with a focus on maintaining high quality

• Previous management experience preferred for supervising crews.

• Able to stand on feet for long periods of time

• Able to do repetitive motion with hands, wrist and arms

• Able to assemble, lift and climb ladders up to 30 feet
